CiSTM Ltd is a company that invests in failing and fledgling companies and seeks to achieve exit and financial gain within a period of two years. My role as Management Consultant is to work alongside existing management to develop and enhance invested businesses prior to exit. During my eighteen months in China I have been assigned to two projects.
